Hi,

Does anyone know or has it been confirmed how the next series of Torchwood will air.

I know its 10 episodes but will it be 10 weekly episodes or just a longer story panning out over 2 weeks.

Also will any of it be set in Cardiff or is it only US locations.

Thanks

Jay

It will have the beginning in Cardiff and that will be Gwen and her families base. The rest will be international and USA will feature a lot.

I haven't heard if it's one episode a week but I hope so.

I am so so excited for Torchwood 4. Especially now I know Rhys is back properly. Ianto never bothered me, but Rhys? Adorable.

Hope PC Andy is in it...

Wow! I don't believe this! Someone shares my passion for Rhys?

My main worry about TW4 was that Gwen would abandon Rhys. I'm so glad this isn't the case.

Yeah, Rhys is such a great character. And I am not ashamed to also say he is really good looking.

I will never get tired of Torchwood, it is my favourite tv show and Children of Earth was awesome. I hope The New World is the same quality. When it was announced I was gutted at the long wait but now it's only next summer which is fantastic. I would love another couple of radio shows before it but that's not going to happen. Got thebtwo new audiobooks though in March.

Amazing thread, I like this a lot. A safe haven away from other Torchwood junkies who seem to hate that I still like it after they dares kill Ianto.

Ah, Kai, we love you

I'd guess it'd show weekly, but yeah that's a guess based on the fact that Doctor Who is spring and autumn, make sense for TW to be all summer.

Oh, and Kai is lovely, he's really funny
