I had no idea it was still legal to sell puppies and kittens i petshops... until i went to cardiff market earlier this year, was very shocked to see a little kitten on sale there, looked very sad and lonley. Not in poor condition, just seemed wrong for a baby. I would have complained to trading standards or whatever, but it appears there's nothing illegal about it as long as it has food, water etc
