Bit of a long shot this. I live in Spain and have a Spanish sim card for vodafone. I automatically get both the Spanish and English message for topping up, but is it possible to change the options on the voicemail?? Currently the message played is in Spanish and the 'talk through' options are in Spanish too.
Any ideas??????

I would ask Vodafone Spain's customer services.

You should be able to customise your greating, so if it comes to it just repeat the most important option(s) the Spanish women says in English... IIRC my Aunty had no luck with Aertel.
