“Really? You don't think he gave away a lot more than Josie did? It took him a while to admit it but from fire exit day onwards I personally think we got soooo much from him. He was asked about it in the diary room etc a lot more than Josie was. IMO everyone just took Josie's feelings for granted even though she sent him just as many mixed signals. Particularly around the Uber cougar task and afterwards. It's been the same since coming out as well, he hasn't topped talking about his feelings.”
Have to agree
It's funny how many think that Josie was more open about her feelings than John.... When in fact this was not the case at all. Sure, so Josie said time and time again what a hunk John James was. She was a randy mare and many times very sexual and she said she SOMETIMES get the butterflies. Okey, so what? What does that mean? Does that mean that Josie was more open about HER FEELINGS?
NO!!!
John James was the one who put into words his real feelings for her. He listed all the things he loves about her. Many times his confessions even left Josie speechles.

I think even John many times felt that Josie's feelings was just sexual and not emotional. As he was very clear that he was emotionally involved.
John even said this to Josie that one time in the bathroom that HE has been a lot more open about his feelings than what she has. Josie showed her feelings by being a randy mare which might have led John to believe that that was the only way she saw him. Always talking about how hot he is, how she fancies him in a football kit and all that. Whereas Josie was much more sexual than what he was, and this led Josie to believe than John wasn't interested in her in a sexual way. You gotta have both to make a good relationship, and both of them might have thought that the other only sees them in one way....
I know John has said after leaving the house that Josie opened up about her feelings before he did, but I still think that John wasn't at the time sure whether Josie's feelings were just sexual attraction and nothing more
