Has Emma B left Smooth Radio because as of tomorrow Eamonn Kelly takes over Saturday breakfast as well as doing Sunday's.
Hope not I love Emma B compared to Eamonn. Although Eamonn is good Emma is or was nice to listen too. Maybe she is on holiday?

Eamonn has said he is now doing both weekend Breakfast shows from tomorrow onwards so it looks like Emma has left

Yep all the good presenters going. I think the best on their now is Nigel williams weekend nights at least he has some personality.

Both Eamonn and Emma are terrible. Chris Skinner is Smooth's best presenter at the moment
I was surprised that the Great American Songbook artist was Madonna last night considering that Smooth don't play much Madonna, but it was an excellent listen.
I'm still not listening. but never did like Eamon even back on Capital Gold as for Emma (words fail me) but that's Smooth Radio
What makes Eamonn and Emma terrible? Chris Skinner has a good voice, but he always says that was, this is.... like the rest of them on Smooth!! He doesn't stand out especially does he?

Eamonn is boring and has an irritating Irish accent, while I've always found Emma annoying
I like Principal Skinner because he has a very soothing voice for winding down in the evening. He is very good doing the Great British Songbook. With his bald head he looks like someone who spends a lot of time meditating
I remember Chris Skinner on Mercury. That's basically all the old smooth cleared out with Emma gone.

Why is it that when a presenter is not scheduled once in a while people automatically assume they have left?????? Do you not consider for one moment that it's a holiday???

Do hope Nigel has not left Smooth as he is about the only decent presenter on there these days. He does though do Jazz Fm so maybe he found it too much to do both.
Yes I agree. Don't get me wrong. I love dave brown but Nigel is or was great also. Shame nigel has gone. If he has gone but good luck to Dave brown.
I wish they would get rid of Smooth on Dab and replace it with something more like Gold or even bring back Gold.

Nigel can have a tendency to patronise his audience a little, I remember a very well constructed link about an organic chicken he was having for Xmas , going back a few years. On this occassion it alienated the audience, which is rare for NW, and presenters can't get it right 100% of the time. However I will always give a compliment when one is deserved, and that is "Nigel is the master at making a relatable link out of nothing"...................... " That was this is and here is Oleta Adams " normally connects very well, I guess the organic chicken was taking it just a little too far.........I hope DB can do the same, only time will tell! Lets watch this space an hope he still has a gig after Xmas.

Fully agree with what you say.Sadly on overnights these days the format is so tight that a story about an organic chicken would never be possible...oh for the days of Dave Lincoln and his lyrics,
