Vodafone contract trouble

i have had a Vodafone contract for just over 1month
and in this time i have loads of problems with the phone,bill ect.
nothing is getting sorted and i have had enough of Vodafone and there ill trained staff.
so what i want to know is, can i cancel my contract as i feel they have broken the contract

Because you've left it to over the 14 days cooling off period, no, no matter how badly you feel about the service provided you will have to sit through the contract unless you buy it out (monthly amount x by however many months are left)

I used to work for them; exactly what problems are you having?
