New phone, Orange signal problems
Have been with Orange for some time (PAYG) and never had any problems with signal strength.
Probably coincidental, but I recently changed my phone and for the past three days have been unable to get any signal at all from my home unless I walk to the bottom ofthe garden - not ideal in the pouring rain. Can any of you suggest a simple solution that doesn't involve changing networks (I still have a chunk of credit to use up). Thanks PS Please keep explanations 'little old lady' simple |

There isn't a solution really, if you've got no signal you've got no signal !!! All you can do is use it somewhere where you do have signal.

Well if you could always get signal before in your house, sounds like an issue with the actual phone, or there is a local signal problem. Either way if the phone is new try and call Orange and see what they say.

Try testing with your old phone, that will tell you if the signal issues lie with the network or not.
