Broadcom adapter dead?

Hi

Came home from work to see one of my Adapters appears to be dead. No lights. Have tried different sockets and pressing the buttons but no life at all

Any suggestions?

Just called that number thanks.

On the phone for 2 mins 30 secs. New adapters will be here in 2-3 days. Not bad service for after 11pm on a Friday!

The helpdesk people are great.

Very highly trained and very helpfull.

I was once on the phone to the BB helpdesk on and off for for over seven hours with a problem.

Yes, thats SEVEN hours, during one day.

It was either that, or buy a new computer!

(I had stupidly opened an email that contained a virus, which then trashed my PC).

And thanks to their help, I got it restored and working again.

AND fixed my sons PC from the problems he was having.

He was really impressed too.
