ALL the us networks used to be broadcast online by a canadian company, they were then sued and forced offline -- can't remember the name now but remember watching several shows back in the late nineties this way... movies over 56k, those were the days! Woooooo!!! JC |

Im glad this feed is up again this year. I remember when it used to stream at 300k/sec. I just hope it holds up this season as once BB was going for a few weeks it turned into buffer central.
Btw did anyone manage to finish the 700MB XviD rip of the premiere? I did finally and watched it this evening. |

If you're talking about the Channel 10 feed referred to in previous posts that has the live CBS programme then no nothing special as far as I know - I have Windows XP, Windows Media Player version 9, and I just paste the URL into the browser and it launches the file ok..
To double check your using the correct link go here:- BB Chatter and click on the CBS Ch10 live link that should open up WMP for you. If all of these pieces are in place and still no go - then It might be worth opening up WMP and going to tools>options>file types and seeing if theres something there that isn't checked that needs to be. (just make a note of what you change so you can put it back again if you want to). Its not as bad as it might sound if you're very inexperienced - you're just telling WMP what files you would like it to associate with. You'll see when you open it up.

JC mIRC is not the only program for IRC you know. Why not use Xchat or Ircle if you are a Mac user. Ok, you may have to do a bit of manual work i.e. connect to the irc server (/server irc.servername.net) and channel (/join #channelname) and paste in the command (/msg botname xdcc send #packnumber or /cctp botname trigger). It's not difficult and there are loads of pages out there on the web explaining how to use this. Check out www.bigbrotherbinaries.net Its all on there. |

I would've hated Scott too but I've seen his Playgirl picture, now I just feel sorry for him.

Here is another excellent place on mirc to download eps...
www.geocities.com/gluedtothescreen (detailed guide) /server irc.irchighway.net once connected to the server you need to register your nick like so (replace password and vaild-email with your details)... /nickserv REGISTER password valid-email wait for confirmation of this and then you need to identify everytime you can connect... /msg NickServ IDENTIFY password the channel to join is #survivor-central Slants serves the HQ pdtv lol & sfm rips. He has pretty good upload speeds and 4 send slots but the queue can be quite long at times (20/20). I just managed to queue big.brother.502.pdtv-lol.avi and am 4th position. His trigger is: /ctcp slants !reality.tv |
