Samsung are officially going to adopt Windows phone 7 as the os for some of their phones and will drop Symbian by the end of the year. HTC will no doubt announce some more Windows Phone 7 offerings too soon.

This is non-news. Especially as the developer phone was the Samsung Taylor and phones like the Cetus are well photographed now.

This was just making something known into something official.
