James I feel generally does choreograph and teach a lovely waltz, the one with Zoe last year was lovely as well. Pamela clearly has natural talent though, I hope she can do as well in things like the jive where being graceful isn't a requisite.

Totally agree with you fatskia.

It was a shame about those arm's, he just flung them out, looking stiff and ugly.

Apparently, in the Breakfast interview the day after the night before, Matt said he broke his heel doing the cartwheel. Maybe his jerky movement showed that he's trying to hide his pain?

Just an idea.

It was the heel on his shoe that came off - he didn't actually break his heel!
