Goldie was a let down. I think Kristina seemed like a good dancer but a mediocre teacher. I mean, if she can't tame Goldie, who has potential, and did that silly disco/hip-hoppy nonsense through a char-char, then they deserved to be chastised. Hopefully Goldie gets a wake-up call and buckle-up next week and wow us.
On the subject of Craig, I was happy that he put a bit of positive in with the negative. He remains my favourite judge because 99% of the time he's the most objective. He can, however, go OTT with criticisms at times and he has been known to show a touch of favouritism. I think the contestants feel that praise from Craig is praise indeed. |

Booing Craig is ridiculous. Audience members who do that must be a bit soft in the head.
And you'll notice that when Craig gives a ten, it's a stone cold certainty that the couple will end up with full marks. For that reason I think he should be sat at the other end of the judges desk for better television; it would build up the tension. Because having Bruo on the end is completely bonkers. He gives tens weeks before anyone else ever does and once he's picked his favourite, all they have to do to get a ten off him is make sure they don't actually fall flat on their faces or trip up the professional. |

He gave Austin's paso and Alesha's final waltz 10's, they didn't get full marks.

I wonder if Goldie will reveal shortcomings in Kristina's choreoegraphy? She had duds the first two years and therefore got away with cheesy (for want of a better word) choreography. I too think Goldie has potential but Kristina has done nothing with it so far.

Craig always tries to include a positive comment. He's the only one worth listening to on a regular basis. Len does know his stuff and his comments are often reasonable but he then goes and overmarks!
Get Arlene back and reduce the team to 3. |

Loving Craig again this year! Bruno makes me laugh with his silliness. Len is his usual classy self and Alesha, well, she's good at telling the female contestants they look gorgeous. I'll leave it at that.

... that he's critical as ever, but often times ends on a positive note. Well, as far as the first show is concerned...
Good for him. I hope he keeps it up. ![]() Always like Craig and think he is the fairest as you always know what to expect from him and Len's comments are usually good sometimes he over marks but last night I thought both were pretty spot on. |
