android iplayer downloads?
is there an app that will let u download programs off the iplayer?

Many apps do not work with low res devices. maybe myplayer will update sometime to cope with your phone

MyPlayer has a download option, it's in the marketplace.

i can't say that they do or don't, it's certainly not mention anywhere, i recorded eastenders a couple of weeks ago and was able to transfer it to my netbook, so i would say that the files are unrestricted!
