Think its a full gone conclusion Matt will will ,dissapoints me really as think he has had unfair advantage .Lots of potential in Goldie if he can pull it out of bag next week ,Peter,Pasty,Anne, will struggle with latin but may be wrong . I really thought Michelle would be better but hey early days .

I would think it will be Anne/Paul/Peter out in the first three weeks, maybe in that order but maybe not. I suppose it will depend on their fans. I will be watching all three from behind a cushion.
I will be well shocked if one of them are not out next week.

Pamela is my current tip for an early exit. Her and Michelle.
I can also see Kara making the later stages, but she wont win. |

I would be very sad if Kara didn't at least make it to the final or semi-final. On dance talent, she's probably the best (as much as you can judge it after one viewing). Last year I gave up on the best dancer winning because of who did eventually win and this year I'm trying not to get too attached for that very reason. But if she goes in the middle and I'm left the with Jimi's and Felicity's and the alright but not great's, I'll be pretty peed off lol.

I can't see Michelle staying long , unless she is better next week she may go immediately .
But I also can't see what major advantage Matt has because he was a child gymnast , something he hasn't done since he was in his teens I believe. He has no more advantage than Jill Halfpenny , or Denise Lewis and their ballet and no more than the countless others whose pre SCD dance or sporting skills have apparently given them a huge advantage . A bigger advantage is the Blue Peter give it a go and do it as well as I can attitude , Others may like to try the same attitude . I would be sorry to see Kara or Matt go early and I believe both will have much support . I would like to see Gavin go ASAP too . There will be shock exits because Anne is sure stay a while . |

Really? I wouldn't go as far as to conclude that. Austin was a hot bet after his first week in series 6, and look how that turned out. Likewise, I don't think Chris, or Mark Ramprakash were expected to win after week one against the likes of Emma Bunton, Louisa Lytton, Ricky Whittle and Ali Bastian, but look what happened. I think it's more likely now that those who peak early tend to suffer somewhat in the later rounds (Like Austin). Matt's "disadvantage" is certainly not the first one of SCD. If he maintains a high standard and does well, I see no reason why he shouldn't win. If we didn't allow contestants a chance because they have even a hint of previous experience, we wouldn't have half the line ups we do have. |

I think the shock will be that the final will be between Ann and Paul! (Highly unlikely, I know!)

I think the shock will be that Gavin will be good at latin and make Matt look as camp as a row of tents

![]() ![]() If only!Much as I would like her to go far, I don't think Felicity will be in past week 5, although with luck, all the fans of 'The Good Life' will keep her in. I keep thinking of Cherie Lunghi when I see her. (Most men of a certain age name her as their first 'crush') I think Michelle, Tina and Patsy will be early baths and if they keep up the 'femme fatale' persona for Kara, she'll be gone before double figure weeks. I would love Ann to stay in even after she's eliminated which I guess gives me Pamela as a female finalist.I see Paul, Peter and Goldie (for his minimal concentration span) going early. Gavin, Matt and Jimi I see as being on a par but Jimi's over-excitement may be his undoing and Gavin, if he can let himself go a bit in the Latin may overtake him. I agree with the poster who said about the Blue Peter attitude for Matt and Scott just won sexiest actor in a soap so I reckon he'll be there in the final weeks. Therefore, my 3 finalists are Pamela, Matt and Scott ![]() Shock exit - Jimi ![]() There - sorted

I have a dilema cos I want Ann to go asap - ideally before next weeks show - but I want Anton to stay... I think the shock exit will be Michelle - everyone expected her to be great myself included despite my not being a fan of hers - but she was very poor. I'd love Paul to stay in and keep his magic tricks in his routines but I think I'll be disappointed... Only wish Debbie was on the show too!! I think Kara may we make the final but will be reminiscent of Ali last year. Matt will win, and I'd be happy with that as my Anton can't, neither will Paul.

Not sure about shock exits - I'm crap at predictions but if this board is an indicator 'shy' Gavin won't be one of them; many seem to have taken him to their hearts. |

If the audience fall for the J word, they may go for Gavin for example. In terms of 'shocks', it'll be the usual probably. Someone 'good' will go at the expense of Ann or Paul and there will be an outcry on the boards but it'll all be forgotten by the final when the public's 'favourite' wins (am I getting cynical or is Strictly just getting predictable???). The biggest shock for me will be if a female wins and I seriously mean that. The Strictly voters prefer males in the main and i'm afraid that's just the way it is |

But we haven't seen her tested as a teacher have we- she ad it easy last year with Ricky - and Scott can obviously move. She needs a dud for us to see how good a teacher she really is. Look at Erin, Lilia and Ola - they have got blood out of a stone on occasions - that might make them better teachers. Natalie needs to be tested and the only way she can be is by giving her a dud

I heard she got a dud to win. Which is more than any of our pros have managed.

Supposedly the woman they were up against was accused of "cheating" by Todd (the Craig-type judge) because she had had dance training as a child. Weird, huh? : )

I think that Olla will get fed up of Paul Daniels and quit if he doesn't try harder and listen to her instruction.
Wouldn't blame her either. |

Wouldn't blame her either. I don't disagree that he'll probably get on her nerves (in fact i tihnk he probably already has), but she's there to do a job and she'll do that job until they're eliminated, she's shown in the past she's not averse to a challenge and I'm sure she'll try her hardest to teach him correct technique! And failing that, she's a clever enough choreographer to attempt to cover up his lack of poise. I think between them they have a big enough fanbase to last a couple of weeks, and I'm sure she'd be happy enough with that, all things considered. |

I hope (sorry - think) Matt B will be a shock exit before the final.
