I switched to O2 last friday (24/09 ) and I set up a 30 day contract with them, I then had my current number from virgin transferred to my o2 account on wednesday, however, I have not been able to receive any calls or texts but I can make outgoing calls and texts. Every time someone tried to call me they are either cut off or there's an engaged tone. I have spoken to o2 customer services numerously and have come to the conclusion that it is not the handset settings which are causing this, call diverting is off and auto reject too. I have even changed sim card and they have transferred the details but the same thing is happening, and they simply don't know how to fix it.
Has anyone had a similar problem? or does anyone know how to fix it? I've been distressed with this for a week and don't even have the time to switch contracts!
