Hi, i have a Samsung Genio Qwerty and i was having problems getting anything saved to the phones memory for a ringtone or background etc, bluetooth wasn't working either.
Then today the phone just won't turn on or charge at all.
Tried playing about with the battery... nothing.
The phone has had no damage what so ever so i have no idea why this has happened.

Has anybody any ideas of what might be wrong or what i could do to sort it?

I also need to add that i no longer have the reciept.

call samsung to book in a repair, or take it back to where you bought it. The lack of reciept may be an issue for the shop to be honest,

samsung can book it in under warranty and use the serial number to verify its validity.
