It's the distortion of the TV camera lens. You cannot be a successful fashion model if your face is not strictly symmetrical.

I don't think it's anything to do with the cameras.
I noticed her 'wonky' eye some time last year in some magazine shots, so it's been there for a while. Although it was very noticable at the weekend
No one has a symmetrical face, if you look hard enough most people have one smaller eye - they can photoshop that in magazines easily to make models look symmetrical.
I thought she looked very skinny though, maybe that exascerbates the big eye/small eye thing.
