On friday evening the picture turned monochrome, initially I figured it was a loose scart lead so I pushed them in tightly and rebooted for good measure which appeared to do the trick.

It happened again several times on sunday evening, and although a reboot solved it for a while it soon returned to monochrome. I know it's not the TV as I ran a DVD which was okay. I also swapped Scart leads from the DVD with that of the PVR. Finally for good measure I ran the aerial directly into the TV to ensure it was not a signal problem.

I eventually seemingly resolved it by reverting the software, although I'm not sure if this was the issue anyway because both code images are the latest software.

Any ideas?

I have the same problem with mine - it's one of the original box's. I found by formatting it solved the problem for a while but it comes back again after a few hours.

I have replaced the box now for a sagem but I'll propably get it out for the christmas period to see how it goes
