Having problems making calls - a lot of the time, but not all the time, it says network busy when dialling out - but we know the number isnt busy - have tried it to our landline when noones on the phone. It makes an engaged sound and says network busy - the phone is samsung b2100 (solid extreme) and the network is vodafone

is it likely to be the phone that is faulty, a setting on it or network problems?
