My money would be on 'First Time Ever I Saw Your Face' if this is to promote the tour CD as it arguably got the best crowd reaction on tour and is a very well known song.
I See You has no chance, it's one of Leonas least successful Live songs imo and as you say its not well known at all.

Um the film is well known and lots of people will have seen it at the cinema or watched the DVD. Sure she never performed it live here, but she did perform it on her tour and what songs from Echo are well known other than Happy or IGY? I don't think she'll do a Spirit track (as much as I'd love FM or TAB)
I would point out I was the only one who said she'd do SCYHO on the Live Lounge. I have a feeling that ISY is what she will sing. They can't really spin IGY as a success and although ISY was never released as a single it was the theme song to the biggest selling film ever, that is something to spin in a positive way along with the tour "It's been a big year for you Leona doing Avatar and then the sell out tour" sounds better than saying IGY sank like the Titanic.
I don't think Simon will let her do an uptempo number, people will think she's Alexandra in Simon's pea brained mind. I think Simon will have a big part in choosing what she sings, you can bet he wanted her to do SCYHO out last year.

Most people skiip the end credits and I would bet most casual viewers of the Avatar Film probably have no idea that Leona did the theme song. For example I had no idea until recently that Annie Lennox had done a song on the Lord of the rings Credits, and I've seen that film at the Cinema and Have the DVD.
For all of Syco's mistakes, all of Leona's performances on X factor have made logical sense, and performing I see you has no logical sense imo

I hope she gets to do a Medley they could even Do the TDCAU Interlude to start with the X Factor finaslists doing the backing parts instead of the childrens quire they had on the tour version, Then break into OMH then possibly BL, Run or Happy to end the medley. Thats what she should do then everyone gets to see different sides of her.

I just don't think Simon will let her sing a full on uptempo number, he will want her standing still in a big frock belting out a big ballad.

The ISY "two birds..." is the only way I could justify it, other than that I can't see a reason why she'd be performing that a year after Avatar was out at the cinema.
Screw keeping her and Alex "opposites", they already have different styles and voices - I'm sure if they speed of a song is similar NO one is going to care.
I really can't see Leona doing ISY, it has no financial incentive for Simon at the end of the day, plus it's not available to download individually. My money is still on a ballad though, probably First Time, rest asure thought it will be a track from the tour and it wont be either Run, Happy or BL seeming as she has performed them already on X Factor. In my opinion it would be best for her to do either a medley of TDRCAU, OMH and Sweet Dreams or just Forgive Me.

Thing is didn't Leona have total artistic control for her tour? Wasn't that something SYCO are not fully involved with?
My fear is when it comes to the X-Factor and up to now Simon Cowell has an image of Leona he wants to cultivate. J I think are not happy with this, they want a move away from the big frock big ballad image. But I'd still put money on her doing a big ballad on the X-Factor, I really can't see Simon letting her do something else.
Personally I'd like to see her cut loose a bit and perhaps flirt with the dancers on stage (well one in particular
) and really rock out and have some fun.But I really don't think that will happen, to me when she performed SCYHO on the Live Lounge and the X-Factor it showed who really controls thing.

To everyone saying TDCAU/OMH/Sweet Dreams, I'm not sure that's the best idea. Performance wise it'd be fantastic, but 2/3 are covers, she may aswell be a contestant plus that'd be three years in a row she's performed a cover. She's so much better than that.
Same with First Time - although it was arguably my favourite on tour and SOOOO beautiful, I'm not sure another cover would be great for her image. I think it should be either FM, OMH or TAB. Maybe with the intro of TDCAU, but not for too long unless its MJ week.
