Due to this series being filmed over a year ago the candidates' reaction to being fired isn't going to be the same as in previous series.

All of the fired candidates have moved on with their lives, they appeared on the show a year or so ago, they got fired, they moved on to new employment or whatever else they've done.

When the fired candidates appear on 'The Apprentice: You're Fired!' they're going to have to pretend getting fired was a big deal but assuming 'The Apprentice: You're Fired! was recorded not that long ago they're not going to be that upset, are they? They appeared on the Apprentice months back so there's little shock value in them discussing how they got fired on 'The Apprentice: You're Fired!

I guess it depends when 'The Apprentice: You're Fired! was filmed. Adrian Chiles quit the BBC on April 30th so this year's 'The Apprentice: You're Fired! hosted by Dara O Briain would have been filmed anytime from May until the present.

Yeah, I guess so. If the new Your Fired show is filmed now rather than back in the summer, the candidates may have to be reminded what happened back on the show. They may have forgotten some of the details of every episode they appeared in. Plus, they may have to pretend they're upset about being fired. I'm sure they've got over it and moved on with their careers.

Some of them are being reminded on what they put when auditioning! Little things like job titles, time spent there, etc have to correct on real CVs. Some firms will fire for that, or use it an excuse to choose who to fire if they need to lose someone.

I think they get to see the show at the same time the YF audience do. Plus of course they get to see the previous episodes on BBC1. Then bolt the doors, take the phone off the hook and hide until Christmas.

Indeed. So the quality of spoilers often improves after Monday. I doubt the studio audience could keep quiet if they had to wait much longer.
