Anyone Have A Recipe For A Good Curry Sauce?
Does anyone have a recipe for a good curry sauce? I'm after something quite creamy and with a really good strong taste, but not too spicy. I'm fed up of buying curry sauces so thought I'd try to make my own!!

Fry a bit more. Add spices (1/2 teaspoon of each + extra cumin). Add tomato puree or tinned tomatoes if you want it tomatoey add stock add coconut milk (optional) Simmer and reduce At the end add cream and garam masala (both optional) Tweak to your own taste - You may want to buy whole spices and grind them yourself for better flavour - You could cheat and use jars or pureed garlic and ginger |
