I have a half an hour slot to make bread. is it possible without it prooving and all The other question is also to do in half an hour. I was thinking of fallafel and humous you need to have the chickepas soak overnight. Is there a way of buying chickpeas that dont |

It only needs one proving. The eggs in it get rid of the need for a second.

Tinned or Jarred. Only problem there is that they are generally thought to be too mushy for fallafel. Jarred may be your best bet though. I reckon you could give it a go and see how it works.
