Has this yougurt got too much sugar?
I usually buy vanilla low fat (3%) yoghurt drink from Lidl but after watching tonight's program on tv (Food: what goes in your basket) on channel 4, I think it has way too much sugar. Can someone please confirm this.
It is : 274KJ/65 Kcal per 100 grams |

The calorie content doesn't tell us how much sugar is in it.

Move away from the low fat.
They're mostly loaded with sugar and often worse for your health than regular yoghurts. Low fat usually tastes not as good (creamy) as the regular yoghurts, so the manufacturers make it sweeter. Resulting in more calories per serving. |

natural unsweetend, with some fruit.
Even better, forget the yoghurt, and go for some fromage frais, or fromage blanc (petit suisse in France) |
