Yeh I wasn't a big fan of Rory at first but I like him now. He's quite bumbling and funny and gets bossed around by Amy a lot but The Doctor likes him. He's a good guy

I think Rory is a tad over-rated, in my personal opinion. That said, I accept him more now that I did at the start of Series 5 and think I like him more than I did, since the finale last year.

And I certainly prefer him to Mickey as well, who I thought was annoying from start to finish < just my opinion

Thanks. I suppose that's what you get from watching all of series 5 episodes only once

I'm probably going to get a bashing for this but I'm not a great fan of Rory. I'd be happier to see The Doctor & Amy travel. Sorry Rory lovers!

Will be very interesting to see where they take Rory, we didn't get to see too much of him as a regular companion last year (really just the Silurian two parter) but he handled himself pretty well all things considered. Plus I can't wait to see how the relationship between him and Amy changes now they're hitched (have we ever had a married couple in the TARDIS before?). I see it differently,won't Amy cheat on him after that doctor kiss.or he will melt in hot weather.and now he helped the doctor fly the tardis.the character dynamics are getting really confusing I find.

I am not really interested in special guests appearing in Dr Who; it is always nice to see actors and actresses, but I don't find them necessary for the Dr Who programme

For me, the Doctor, Rory and Amy are Dr Who

Rory was great in this episode, loved his scene with River.

I didn't like him at the start of last series, the episode he died was when I started to like him, which added to the shock, but thankfully he came back
