Songs that build up

I was looking for songs that start off quite slow and quiet and end on a high. Modern day music though -
I was thinking maybe like Florence and the Machine with Dog Days are Over.

Foals - Spanish Sahara
Florence and the Machine - Cosmic Love, although this song builds up early on the crescendo towards the latter part of the song driven by Florences' vocal strength, really carries the song from being great to superb in my opinion.

On Warmer Music by a band called Chisel, it's on a constant build up and get your anticipating the end perfectly.
