Squash soup
Hello everyone,
I have just made a huge pot of spiced squash soup. I didn't realise how hard squashes were to peel, I had 2 munchkins and a harlequin. I just about managed the munchkin but the harlequin took me ages, I was really struggling to get it peeled. Should I have roasted them first then scooped out the flesh? On a lighter note the soup is very good. |

While I'm not a great microwave lover/user- they do have their uses sometimes.
For example if you heat oranges for 30 seconds in the microwave before squeezing they will produce more juice! |
