hi i am on virgin mobile, when i ring for the balance its says i have 100 minutes and texts but over 1000 virgin minutes, however i hav been ringing virgin landline but it takes the minutes from my 100 minutes and not from the 1000 virgin minutes, rang virgin mobile they said its only virgin to virgin mobile not landline, now i have been charged extra £15, has any1 else had this issue, they shud state virgin to virgin mobile and not landline.

You'd think they'd allow the landline element wouldn't you?
Clearly they don't but it probably says that in the T's & C's
