I was trying to top-up my phone through the O2 Web site earlier, as apparently you get up to £3 free if you top-up online.

Sounds OK. But once you sign in and that - doesn anybody know where you actually go to do it? I searched and searched, but couldn't find a link.

Don't know.

My friend tried to top up his O2 phone from the phone itself, had a top-up card from a while ago, thought he'd use it, couldn't do it from the mobile had to go via a landline!

O2 are stopping top-up cards, so that was his last anyway, as he uses his Virgin mobile as his main phone now. Cheaper for him to use that when he calls me, or txt me.

You're right, it is difficult to find. Don't know if it works but here is a link to help.

The 02 site has caused me so many problems, I have even had to ring them up to change my address on it as it would not accept my post code.

Im glad its not just me having trouble with the 02 website. There are so many broken links and half of the help pages end up with error messages.
Its so frustrating!
You would think that a massive corporation would have a decent working website! It must really put some people off.

I use the 02 website for sending free text at times. I use my mobile for texting and at times phoning but its not cheap phoning another mobile network at times from my 02 mobile. I fined once in a while parts of the 02 website seem to go down. Like the other week I loged in with my user name and password then the free text part of the 02 website seemed to be down. I would like the 02 website to get all the little bugs sorted out and also it would be handy if 02 could put up a service status page so people know if the 02 network is fully working for a very odd once in a while I fined the 02 seem to play up.
