I spent over 1 hr holding yesterday, just to sign up for buisness broadband. Even once connected it took them 30 mins to complete the sale. "My computer is slow".
To rub salt in the wound they now want to fit a new line which will take 3 weeks to complete and the guy in sales was unable to set up the direct debit.
I spoke to customer in the philippines who cut me off!

I have sent an email Livingstone - Lady rang me up and she explained that the feed back had been taken on board. So basically I was ignored!!

What a joke, Any one have a list of companys who provide buisness services?

The company i work have not had internet for a month! They had internet for four days from the 23rd September. BT were supposed to come on the 28th September but they came early so they let them do what they had to do. On the 28th another engineer came out to fix the line, they told him that they already had it installed the week before so he just did a line test and since the 28th they've had no internet.

Apparently the engineer who came on the 28th changed their distrubition point for some reason and they were cut off. The engineer who turned up on the 28th was in the building for no more than10 minutes but he told BT that he was all there all day!

No matter who they've spoken to at BT, they just can't seem to do one thing which is activate their internet. They've sent out two routers which do not show a DSL connection and now they're trying to say it's the router!

The original installation date was meant to be the 8th September

The company i work for have recently moved location and need an internet connection to operate.

I guess that was because you wanted Business Broadand on residential line, which can't be done.

Nope. The line has always been a buisness line. Something to do with the age of the current line and how its set at there end in the exchange.

Executive team have been back in touch and all is now moving quicker. At least I can ring her instead of the normal call center drones.

Install day and no install. My colleague waited in for the install. My collegue told me apparantly installers are now package advises.
The Engineer would not complete the install as he felt "Bt were ripping us off". I was not availible so was unable to speak to him. Another email sent to them!!
