Sorry if this topic has been covered before, but I'm new here!

I've just started university and I have added my Dad's orange number to my Magic Numbers. Just looking at the terms and conditions though, there seems to be different sets depending on the date:

Looking at the set of terms effective from April 2nd 2009, am I right in assuming that it doesn't matter how many months I am into my current contract with Orange and that I still get the Magic Number option? In other words, Orange no longer enforce the contract status like they did back in 2006?

If your contract or the plan you are on is eligible for magic numbers then you can add or change at any point but you only get to add an extra one once very 6 months.
