Was not expecting him to do latin so well! I think his latin was the best tonight.

I was a bit distracted by the costumes and at one point he made (unintentionally) a very rude gesture with his hands which made me laugh.

I wasnt keen on it myself but not too sure why.

I agree. I didn't think his waltz was as good as everyone was saying last week, but this week I think his salsa was the best of the night, despite what everyone was saying to Pamela.

I've missed the voting, but if I had voted, it would have been for either Scott or Matt.

After slating their Waltz last week, I'm going to sound like I have something against this couple but I honesly don't! Natalie is one of my favourite pros.

But that Salsa looked quite untidy to me and I found Scott's solo leaping around a bit cringey.

I didn't enjoy it and felt it was overmarked.

Preferred Patsy and Pamela.

I didn't like his salsa very much at all! Ok, he was the best male at Latin tonight, but Matt was much better last week.

I thought it was overscored and just lacking in that magic sparkle for me. I was also quite distracted by the woeful costumes!

Loved the Salsa, hated the outfits.

This.

He looked like one of the Village People doing a routine from a bad 80's music video.

I thought he was better last week. The only thing missing for me this week was real hip action. What he does have is wonderful feet and he makes really good lines. He is a natural dancer and I'm really excited to see what him, Kara and Pamela can do.

I don't get all the fuss about them as a couple. They are all flash and no substance, they both seem to think they can cover a lack of his basic technique with flash and sparkle and over-the-topness (can't think of a way of putting it).

If Natalie toned it down a bit, I think that a simpler, more elegant, but technically correct dance might work for them. It's like they've thrown everything but the kitchen sink at the dance and then they've seen what sticks.

His arms are ugly, his facial expressions are ugly, his footwork is ugly but it might just be me.

It's not.

It wasn't crisp and clean and fluid like you'd expect for a routine that scored 32 points.

I don't get that. I mean whether someone enjoys the routine is totally subjective but his lines and especially his feet are very good actually. I agree about his facial expressions though lol.

I felt like the whole routine was a bit slow for some reason, though I'm not very sure why. I think part of it was that I was distracted by the music and the costumes, which I felt weren't really in keeping with a salsa. I did prefer Pamela's dance, to be honest, though I could go along with them getting the same marks because of her stumble. He was very good though and definitely up there with the best Latin dances thus far in the competition. I'd put him fourth for Latin at the moment, behind Pamela from this week and Matt and Kara from last.

Wasn't keen on the costumes either but he can move! I enjoyed it.

(.....and no I wasn't surprised, OP )

I fell asleep through it, the same last week with what ever dance he did then.

I thought he was very good - and that surprised me. He looks like the type that would prefer ballroom (and be a better ballroom dancer) - I'm obviously not that good at judging people.

I really enjoyed their salsa and thought it was the best salsa of the night with Pamela and Patsy following closely behind.

I'm surprised at their scores

He looked lost in places and was a bit limp and mincey, didn't come across as a masculine latin dancer. I'd have knocked a point off for the offensively crap shimmy, too.

I quite liked their routine. I may be alone here but I liked Natalie's trousers, although you probably have to have legs like hers to pull it off. I thought he looked like he was just dressed to go down the pub - no Strictly sparkles.

However, no way was it as good as Pam/James or Kara/Artem so was a bit overmarked but does show he can do Latin.

Now you mention it, I liked them too, but yeah, my arse would be too fat to pull them off whilst doing the shopping in Morrisons!

No, that came out wrong. I don't literally pull off my trousers in supermarkets

I loved their outfits for the dance - very nice and Scott looked very sexy!

I think he's going to do very well. He seemed to be really enjoying himself.

I thought they were doing a jive at one time!..... the choreography on some of these dances seems to stray as far as possible from what the actual dance should be!.......I expected Len to comment on it but i suppose they don't like to critisis the professional dancers...

Same as Jimi, His dance, although i enjoyed it , i thought was almost a Tango........
