Three HTC wildfire, worth it?

Im tempted to get a HTC widfire, three have it on pay as you go for £190 ( rounded up) and if i buy it it will be my first touch screen phone ( currently im using a Sony Ericsson C510) on threes £15(ish) sim only 30 day contract deal
at the moment im happy with the service from three ( although the customer support is a bit ropey "hello welome to tree"
and i would like to stay on the same deal, would i be able to use the PAYG wild fire as an upgrade?

And is the wildfire worth getting? ive heard some things about the poor quality screen, but the price is about right ( as i wont spend anything over £200 on personal portable tech. )

Most reviews are favourable apart from the video playback and some pixelisation. £190 sounds good as I saw prices ranging from £220 to £250.

Richard,
Check out the Orange San Francisco - only £99 + £10 top up and then $4 to unlock. see this thread http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/forums/s....php?t=1357572

You can get it from Play on voda for £130 and then £20 or less to unlock it.

Go and have a play with both of them. The wildfire has the better camera and the SF has the much better screen and slightly faster processor - the screen will mean it will run more apps than the wildfire.

Does the Wildfire have menus and sms message screens in white text or black text please?
