Didn't Simon send home The Conway Sisters? They kept falling in the bottom two and kept getting saved!

Simon did. I think it was a girl group but, I can't remember their name. I actually thought he was going to do it tonight as well.

Yeah...I'm 99% positive that Simon has sent his own act home before...

Indeed it was the Conways - I guess Simon got bored of them because they wanted to do their own thing in the show.

Simon sent home The Conway Sisters in Series 2 (?) because the week before Louis sent home Maria Lawson, who was far superior, mainly because the Conway Sisters are Irish. There had been a lot of controversy about it and then Simon sent them home the next week.

Simon sent home the conway sisters. I remember the blonde one was so pissed and said that Louis had been their true mentor.

Simon got really angry with The Conway sisters because they refused to follow his advice and did their own thing.
It was hilarious at the time and also quite shocking - great tv! |

There have been many other times that a judge had to choose between two of their acts, but the Conway Sisters is the only occasion to my memory that a judge sacrificed one of their own acts against that of another judge. (He kept Chico )
