She was great with her facial expressions

To be honest, I think Karen's the right choice to take over. She's young, smart, and knows when certain people are pis*ing about.

That's not to say Margaret wasn't sharp, but sometimes, you do need a young, fresh, mind now and again.

I do love Margeret and i really miss her, she was one of the reasons why i loved watching some of the tasks where the candidates struggled.

No-one can replace Margaret. Karren is quite good but she`ll never be as good. Margaret is a legend.

Console yourself that MM is doing something that she really loves and is not just sitting around doing nothing. It was her choice to leave to pursue her studies.

Ms Brady is a sharp cookie and won't miss a trick. As much as I liked Miss Margaret, it's about the contestants and the shenanigans they get up to that I am more interested in.

I actually find Karen Brady extremely dull and bland.

Should have replaced Margaret with Janet Street Porter

margaret belongs to a bye gone era and apart from facial expressions she was very quiet- i've noticed nick is saying much more this series.

i don't know karren but i've taken to her which is unusual for me cos i hate change.

cant understand why anyone of retirement age would wanna study papal medieval papers or whatever the heck it was she's studying.

If you are interested in something that much then age doesn't matter. It's ancient Egyptian something or other she's studying or was studying.

I miss Margaret too. She was very good at her role and her facial expressions were brilliant.
She also kind of gave away hints to the groups when she was observing them.

Although she is nice I find Karen's thoughts hard to read.

I miss the impromptu "who pulled the best disgusted face this week" contest between Margaret and Nick that hubby and I always had... Karren hasn't quite mastered the wasp chewing look yet!

I too miss Margaret, but am glad she went because she wanted to and has gone to do something she loves. If she'd been ousted and replaced by Karen I'd probably boycott the show (at least for a week ) but as it was her choice I'm happy enough with Karen. She's no Margaret, but I don't get the impression she's trying to be, which is good.

I totally agree with you!

I do miss Margaret, however I thought Karen was good tonight; especially with her comment about Apollo's behaviour as business women.

I do miss Margaret - I wonder if she would come up with some witty quote to deconstruct either Dan or the girls this week!

Still, I think Karren will do nicely. I thought what she said in the boardroom this week about the girl's behaviour was spot on and very impassioned. It was Karren's "Raef defends Sara" moment. I was impressed. Well, at least for this week anyway!

I sorely miss Margaret but I don't dislike Karen by any means, she's very affable and perceptive. Wasn't Bra Woman touted as the replacement at one stage? God, that probably would have been a different story.

Yeah I can imagine Michelle Mone screeching at any of the girls she finds being even remotely bitchy, like when she faced off against Katie Hopkins. Good on YF, not so good for an impartial board member.

I know Margaret decided to leave the show but I still miss her- she sure livened up most of the boardroom meetings

I've always liked Karren, but find myself slightly bored by her

No one can replace Margaret, she was legendary

Karen is nothing compared to Margaret.

Margaret was amazing in her choice of words and look at some of the contestants.

Karen is peronsalitiless and boring.

I miss Margaret, too, there are few Margarets on telly these days. “Never before in the history of car washing have so few cars been washed by so many people in such a long time.” She had no time for the follies and vanities that these fame-hungry characters seem to hold so dear.
