I went off Margaret last year when imo she seemed to be have targetetd Majid and put AS to sacking him no matter what.

The excuse was pathetic, a passenger! Loads of them fly under the radar every year, but imo she targetted him and it was given away at the way AS looked at her when he was looking to have a dig at maj but he responded well to it and AS looked at Margaret as if to say what do I do now/say now to that then?

I much prefer Karren - for starters she shows off her great figure, something Margaret never had, plus I never seen what all the fuss was about with Margaret, she never said or did a lot from what I remember.

I'm pleased Margeret left, all the faces she pulled were irritating and pre-school-ish. Nick should leave next.

You see, I think that is wrong. Was it the perfume task that Nick basically told them they had their figures wrong? They are there to observe and report back, not to guide or correct the teams.
