Very sad we could do with someone like her in politics today,

I would vote for a woman prime minister at next election if there was one on scene with half her passion but I reakon that's 10 years away maybe Maggie dying will inspire some to Come through now.

we had it dry here today, cloudy most of the time.

After Thursday we get a couple of weeks without frost, max 16 min 4 till the 23rd, don't know after that.

What's sad now is I didn't realise we lived in a country so full of hatred I mean she left office in 1990 you would think people would have moved on by now

I have known for a long time DS is full of vile and hate but I was naive to think it didnt extend to all UK,

So this has been an awakening for me,

Even the Americans can't believe the hatred that is in UK after all as they say they had their share of politicians they didnt like but never celebrated their death.

When you consider the crowd at the BB opening and evictions it makes you realise that so many people take pride in trying to bring people down.
If they were allowed they would stone them with bad eggs and ripe fruit, so with a politician who they probably know very little about really you can't expect them to understand why people have done what had to be done.

Saturday is going to be 16C and Sunday 19C

we still behind Beijing though they on 26C now,

and yet when i was there Christmas it was Minus 21C they have over taken us .

Our forecast seems to have been downgraded, yesterday it was saying some good temperatures for the next 2 weeks, now they same a bit tame, a hight of 14 only.

26C isn't bad, bet my lad in Oz is pretty warm eh.

Anyway wife Happy as we cleaned house top to bottom today a spring clean without spring.

Well I couldn't get outside so she got me doing alsorts even pulling fridge out and cleaning underneath.

Today wasn't as good as i thought it would be, had quite a bit of sun but rain threatened, had drizzle really., but it was pretty warm.

Managed to get my new Blackberry plants in, they were delivered midday so made up.

I was typing away then suddenly realised I was typing Chinese wife was on computer this afternoon.

Today was Lovely 19C we had First BBQ of year and I cut the grass for the First time this year also so well Happy today Garden looks Lovely.

It was only 14C here today, but dull most of the time.
My grass will be cut soon, but it's wet again now.

A BBQ eh, wasn't good enough for that here but it won't be far away.

Back to normal again, roll on BB, probably early June.


At least we should be getting some warmer weather from now.

Not long now ...for BB and the good weather ......it was beautiful here yesterday ...and not looking too bad out there now either ....yes, all back to normal today ..I have put away my paintbrush LD

I planted some Blackberry Plants the weekend, a special type though, upright and massive berry's, the new Reuben ones.
Am part way through sorting the trellis system for them.
They are similar to the Autumn Raspberry's they can fruit either once or twice in the year.

My mum loved blackberries ...especially with ice cream ..she was the green fingered one of the family, her window boxes were fabulous .....Have a good day lovely Hicky ..I am off now
