Same here weather dull but now and then the Sun appears for 2 minutes

So today I just chilled out and watched the football and cooked a chicken roast .

A good day spoilt by the cold wind, not a lot of hope for next week either.
But it's expected to pick up mid May i suppose.

Can't wait.

I baked a couple of spuds, fried a few raw king prawns in coconut oil and made a cup of curry sauce to pour over it, yummy.
Have taken a liking to baked spuds as i can have almost anything with them.

We did as well, on a work day i get all the cups washed, set the air con, make a cup of tea, file all the emails or distribute them to various peoples in-boxes, then get on the internet.

I'm of to Portugal on August 13th so the place will be deserted.:-)))))))))))

It's been a glorious day here, been outside all day, my veg came, not the grafted veg the plug planted veg, leeks, onions, beetroot, cabbage, cauliflower.
Planted all i needed and gave my neighbour the rest.

Went to Parkgate and had a very special cod and chips from a well known fantastic chippy, then had an ice cream from a great shop that makes all it's own with a choice of maybe 40 or 50 flavours.

A strange temperature here today, it says 16 feels like 18C.with no rain but 29% cloud.
