Haven't had any rain, it did go very dark once but it blew over.

highest here next week is 24C.

Don't want the temp to go out of the 20's, had enough of that in Singapore / Malaya.

Lucky you seeing Singapore etc! Maybe when we have finished with university fees etc!
Still raining on and off here, I chose the wrong day to do some window cleaning!! Tidied the tunnel for a while but got nothing else done outside, how is the gazebo coming ?

I was 18 months in Singapore / Malaya, Penang, Kuala Lumpa.

I was just going to start another section on the gazebo roof when one of my lads arrived with his lot.

After they went it was too late to get up on the scaffold and start.

I decided to do more work on the childs play house, the roof is too low for one of the grandchildren so i've raised the roof 10" (254mm)
It's nearly finished.

It's been a beautiful day though.

window cleaning isn't a good idea somwtimes.

We got caught up watching Odyssey after that and totally forgot about BB , it's not holding my interest this year.

Foggie not in the least bit sad to enjoy Top Gear (rip) its rare that a TV programme makes us all laugh out loud! I really don't think hubby will "get" Chris Evans , I agree with Hicky i hope the new venture with the 3 lads will be on a TV show rather than online.

Disaster here Hicky, no water since yesterday morning the garden will be parched , its due back on shortly , that place you had a meal looks very nice, what was on the menu

Weather here still changeable, to reach 23° today but with patchy showers, will not be as hot as UK , luckily Andy Murray playing late afternoon, it might be cooler by then

On the home page there is a list on the left, click on Menu's, they are in PDF form, download and read.
If you haven't got Adobe Reader just download it from the same page as the PDF's are on.
The Main Menu is great, i love everything on it.
I probably would considering i don't have dislikes.

Yes, July all ready, and as you say, very hotski expected today. 27C for me.
It was 26C in my room last night, it's over 24C now.

I found it hard working in that sun yesterday, i was drinking so much liquid, it's nice having the American type fridge/freezer with the ice and cold water facility.

Good morning lovely Hicky ...we have a fridge freezer like that too ...although ours isn't plumbed in - it has a dispenser in the fridge door which we fill up as needed.
This morning I have been looking online to see what is up with mine though atm ..not making ice ..the water comes through ok.

Oh dear, thats a blow, just when you need the ice as well.
You are probably best talking to the suppliers or maker, most things are mendable.

Yes ..I found a couple of things to try ...I will have a go later. Fingers crossed it'll start working again ...if not I'll contact the service centre.

Well on the south west coast where I am, I have full cloud cover and a redundant ice maker the east of the country getting the sunshine that you are enjoying and to top it all off later today and tomorrow we are due thundery showers!!!

The big American type fridge freezer was one of the 1st things we put on the list when we decided to move and refurbish a bungalow throughout, we did have to choose one that would go through the doors though, they are so wide in both directions.

They are great Hicky, we bought one when we moved in here 11 years ago and it looks as good now as it did then ! At Xmas time I do wish we had more freezer space though!
Did you see Mr Titchmarsh last night, they showed some "she sheds" there was a lovely tree on there with flowers that looked like little puffy balls but I didn't catch what it was and on the website they only list the furniture etc not the plants , did you see it by any chance?
