I did enjoy this weeks episode. Some of the crowds in their house show footage looked impressive.

The Baseball stadium house show they did was about 4000 or something.

I think it might have been one of those 4th July fireworks and wrestling combo tickets.

MLS in the States have been doing them as well where you have fireworks and football match for a low price. Good business.

I didn't see this posted in here (or the other TNA thread):

Hulk Hogan talks about the "story arc" of TNA, spoiling his upcoming face turn:

FFS! I know this is the US Pace thread and some spoilers are to be expected but you didn't have to make it so blatant

I think considering the talk a while back with him wanting one more match, it's safe to say it will be in the famous red and yellow. I can't see him wanting to do his last match as a heel.

Are you angry at Hogan or Ghost World? Bit harsh if it's the latter.

Haven't caught it yet.

Pretty good show. The 4 way for the contract was one of the best matches I have seen in many years.

The 4 way was very good. Good show overall, bar the poor Kendrick match.

Sting beat Anderson for the title at the Impact taping today.

Poor Anderson, will he ever win a match as World Champion?

Not keen on Sting as champ yet again but will reserve judgement to see where this and his new gimmick goes.

Watched this weeks Impact.

The Bischoff Bird scene was bloody terrible. Crappy Impact.

The past few weeks have been poor IMO, but next week's episode really does ramp it up a notch. Looking forward to BFG.”

There was nothing super awful on the show. Just a lot of nothing. There were no great tv matches on this show imo. Most of them were tv filler and a few were really short.

The BFG tournament is really random. No real proper league format were everyone fights everyone else a set number of times. Morgan on commentary talking about how in shape dvon is and then is pinned 40 seconds later.

Watching a show in 2011 built around an old guy arguing with another older guy to setup a match with another old guy. Grim stuff.

X-division "rebirth" with rankings. A gaunlet match where they sprint through pinfalls in 1 min each. It's going to take more time than that to get focus on them. I wonder how long it will be until the rankings will be screwed up or forgotten about.

A stupid storyline involving ODB and Jackie getting contracts. There on every week anyway and have been for a while. They even lost a match to go away and they're still here.

Angle talking about "carrying" Crimson to a good match. Oh my god, he's shooting. Just lame.

Who is gonna want to do matches with him?

Let's hope he doesn't break anyones neck due to being off his head in the ring.

JCR again thinking the WWE way of doing business must be the way everyone else should do business. If Jeff wants to come back then he will come back. This isn't WWE, we don't play by stockholders rules and answer to advertisers. I'll be glad to see Jeff back.

I hope he gets 5 years plus jail, just for wasting talent.

I just know I'm gonna get heckled for bring up Meltzer, but he's right in saying for every one thing we hear about there's likely 10 things we don't.

By all accounts he's clean and in good shape, they arent going to bring him back if he's still in a state.

TNA arent going to let him get in a ring if he appears in the slightest way to be on anything.

You mean being professional.

Not according to the WOR I linked to.

Also you seem to have forgotten about the Sting vs Jeff Hardy Title match a while back.

Jeff Hardy is not going to jail. The man is a millionaire and works for a company that Eric Bischoff and Hulk Hogan help run. He ain't going nowhere.

Not the point. I'm talking about the fact he's not in a fit state to perform. He has drug issues and has refused multiple times to go to rehab.

Yeah, he's in good shape like his brother, who just crashed a car. And he was clearly drunk in the taser video.
The fact that TNA, with him STILL under a trial, is bringing him back is mind boggling. Further proof retards run that company.

I should have said again. They learnt their lesson with the Sting match, im sure he knows if he turns up to an event like that again then he's out.

Matt crashed the car, not Jeff. How Jeff should be blamed for something Matt did is ridiculous.

TNA are bringing him back because he can make the company a lot of money. He's their best merchandise seller and if he's got his act together will be a huge asset.

The trial means very little. Have fans and sponsors boycotted TNA because of it? No, because no one cares as long as he's making them money.
