Here's a review I read about this weeks Impact
Quote:
“What an awful television show. Anderson beats up a fake professor, yells, bitches, complains more, has a chance to get a rematch FAIRLY, still can't' do it, blames everyone but himself, attacks anyone he wants to...WHY IS HE A FACE!? We've got another stupid concussion angle, and maybe the day will come when one is done well, but RVD, with his. Limited. Acting. Skill. Isn't the guy to do it, dude. Okada/Okato being FINE after being viciously beaten was just stupid. Ref only DQing Pope for one illegal thing, but after he did five billion other illegal things, was also stupid. Then Joe took nine hours to SAVE HIS FRIEND WHO WAS CLEARLY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RING. Now, granted, Joe hasn't been in a TNA ring in a while, so he might've forgotten how to get there, but I'm sure he should've found it faster than last week's mysterious darkened room.
I had no idea Mexican America was even coming out for a match since it began with Hernandez cutting a promo and then dropping two flags. Then for some reason, Devon was Morgan's partner. Then, for some reason, Velvet came to help, and then, for some reason, presumably magical powers, Angelina, looking either under a spell or emaciated, I'm not sure which, came out and didn't help. Then, FOR SOME REASON FOR THE THOUSANDTH TIME BECAUSE NOTHING IN THIS MATCH MADE ANY GODDAMN SENSE AT ALL, Winter came out and yelled. Oh, and it was a street fight. Taz noted it, said Devon was PERFECT for it...then Devon did his wacky spinny elbow thingy. And Morgan did his elbows in the corner WITH HIS BACK TO HIS OPPONENT. Probably not a good move in a real street fight. Oh, and the wizard of Oz might've rung the bell. Someone did. They teased the Wizard of Oz, and it might've been him, or the same person who drove the Hummer, gave Hogan a hummer, was the higher power, or something. Mickie-Tara was good, Madison looked HOT in her dress, Matt Hardy cut a better promo than Flair and Bully Ray. Rest of this show was just awful. Okay, the Captain America movie ad was good, too.”
