Foxsat HDR - Strange stuttering with vivid colours
Since upgrading to the hdr, I've noticed a strange effect. Vivid colours such as red stutter when the camera pans. This effect is really obvious on '8 out of 10 cats' set backdrop, come dine with me and the red boiler suits of 'Titanic: The Mission'.
This effect doesn't happen on my ps3, 360, bluray or dvd. The shows I've listed are all channel 4 if that has anything to do with it? Though I would have noticed it on my old 9200 if that were the case. I've tried the hdr on two tvs - one lcd and one plasma. The effect is the same. Maybe its my hdmi cable from the hdr to my amp? |

Hi flemmo,
I notice exactly the same thing on come dine with me - most annoying. My hdr is connected directly to my Panasonic plasma via hdmi. Cheers, Dave. |

This is just a long running issue concerning Channel 4. The effect can be seen on sky boxes too, and only using scart connections, so nothing to do with HDMI.

It's good to know its not my equipment. What are channel 4 playing at?! I'd love to know at a technical level why its doing it and what they are doing to resolve it?
