It was so nice to see Ian again. He's been much missed, and I felt that Michelle looked better with him, Brendan is too short for her. She should have been with Ian or Matt all along.

Absolutely agree. They look much better together and Michelle looked stronger and more focused. Not for the want of seeing the back of Brendan, its a shame this partnership couldn't continue. The marking was a bit fairer this week too. (unlike last week when Craig gave her a 4, shocking!)

Wonderful to see Ian back where he belongs dancing the tango on the Strictly danceflorr. Its when you see him dance you see just how classy a dancer he is compared to most of the others. he has such style and grace. Also proves what a good teacher he is , as Michelle looked less like a rag doll that normal.
how I have missed his smile lighting up the screen, and the friendly banter with Claudia on ITT, just goes to show what a lack of personality some of the other dancer have.

I would certainly vote to have Ian back - he is Strictly personified - does the best for his partner and lights up the dance floor and oozes class.

Ian always tries to get the best out of his partners. I think it helps that he wouldn't be sexually interested in them so the two of them can just get on with the job in hand. He's great.

It was just lovely to see Ian back on the show tonight. I think he did great, and I would definitely prefer him to any of the new male professionals.

Oh I wholly agree re bringing Ian back. I don't agree that he helped improve Michelle any. I thought she was as bad as ever, dreadful even. I LOVE Ian and have done for years, and it's not like he's even in the group dance bit much sob
