Folks,

It was almost three weeks ago that we were told that 3View would be releasing a software update shortly.

This update still hasnt appeared. Does anybody have any guess when it will eventually arrive?

Also, Ed at 3View told me eight weeks ago that iPlayer was due within days and that still hasnt appeared. I know they are in the hands of the BBC with that one but we are months down the line with iPlayer not being available.

Everything has also gone very quiet on the Sky Player front. I use Sky Player through my Xbox 360 at present but i would like to move the 360 out of the living room due to the noise. Unfortunately i have not been able to swap it for a new quiet model.

If anybody has any info to share please do because things have gone very quiet from the 3View front of late.

It would appear that they will release the next update one they have the go ahead for iplayer. Just got a response to a ticket and they emailed me the update without iplayer. No date for public release but must be imminent.
