Just seen him on You're Fired and he comes across as a really down-to-earth bloke. thought he came across well last week as well on the programme. I think he's the only Apprentice toff that is actually sound bloke.

A genuine toff, but you're right; a delightful young man!

He was my favourite out of the guys.

At least he can leave the contest with his head held high. Nothing 'shameful' about him, he did the honorable thing.

Nice guy. Reminds me a bit of Raef

I liked him.

But then I don't have the usual Brit problem with people who speak with a nice accent, unlike most of the GBP who hate them purely on the basis that they are 'posh' - what stupid, outdated hangup!

Yeh I liked him on you're fired, shame he couldn't stay in the competition

Everyone is edited to look like an arse on the main show, but they're all lovely, down-to-earth, funny, self-deprecating and bright on You're Fired immediately afterwards.

I don't hate people on the basis that they're posh but rather the odious political views that frequently accompanies it.

Apart from Joy, who was mind-numbingly boring

I have been quite dismissive of Raleigh in some of my early posts, but I think he could have been good fun and it was a shame he went. I hope he comes back to help out at the final.

It's not immediately afterwards though, is it? They don't step from one studio (the boardroom) into another (YF) --- there are months in between, are there not?

Pretty much, all except for Paul Callaghan. I don't know if you saw his appearence on YF but he was just as pompous as he was on the show, refusing to admit that he'd made any mistakes in France.

Also like to echo the general love for Raleigh here. Having seen him in the "real world", with all his problems and the way he faced them and took up the mantle of helping run the charity, sort of makes the others look like a shower of arguing tossers who have no clue what life is about, dont it?

Great guy, and I wasn't sold on him (well, we saw very little of him to sell), but without a question now the gem of the early series. Wish him all the very best with his new work and hope his brother makes a good recovery.

A true example of British pride and an all-round good egg.

You're right. The explosion which injured Raleigh's brother was last December, just as the second task was beginning.
