Why are they avoiding mentioning the name of Boots? After the initial pitch they keep referring to "Th e major High Street retailer" or "The chemist chain". Any idea why?

because the BBC are meant to avoid excessive advertising or promoting a brand.

It was obviously down to being percieved as advertising the boots chain.

They had no problem mentioning the names of the stores in the last series. Although they blanked out that the cosmetic's company was Lush, and half blanked out the shopping channel
