Yes there is no debating she has performed well but she comes across as a complete bitch..... I felt a little sorry for her yesterday when she was trying to pitch her idea BUT it's only how she has behaved towards other's. (I know it's all about the editing!!)

i don't think she is a team player and I don't think she has good people skills.

I think the group would be less like a pack of hyena's without her!

I don't think she did come across as aggressive as she was accused of being - she kept asking for other ideas and knew that there needed to be a decision. Laura was too weak a leader - looked pretty, but not suited to stepping in to cat-fights or even boisterous discussions.
Jo is OK, but needs to keep her profile down a bit for a couple of tasks to show that she has learned her lesson.

I actually started clapping when he sacked Joy, I was so worried for a minute he was going to sack Jo!

She is by far and away the best candidate at the moment! Great leader last week, I thought her idea was actually great, they just rudely ignored her until the last minute, meaning the idea didn't come out as good as it could have (and they used her 'aggressiveness' to get her idea chosen as a scapegoat to single her out!)

I love her, want to bet on her to win!!! I know Will Hill have announced odds, but not sure if we can actually bet on pre recorded shows.....she's sixteen to one which seems a great bet!!! (specially if she does reel it in a bit in the next couple episodes)

I agree. I felt really angry last night at the way she was discussed and portrayed. As far as I could see, she was the only one with an idea, that was rudely dismissed by Laura until they realised that no-one had any ideas at all. I thought Joanna was really patient after the disgusting way Laura ignored her and didn't let her speak. How come Karen Brady didn't mention that? I'm sure Margaret would have.

I actually thought the idea was brilliant because I've often felt it was awkward to hold a book on the beach. The design was crap but that wasn't Joanna's fault. Why should Joanna just sit there and take the crap from the others when if it wasn't for Laura's poor judgment, they could have had a huge order?

I think Sugar was out of order last night calling her aggressive (it's hilarious how when a black woman is assertive she's always called "aggressive" but if a white woman is assertive, she is just wonderfully assertive ) - she was fighting her corner amongst a gang of nasty bitches.

And I don't get all this "aggressive" rubbish. She actually has quite a soft demeanor.”

Is she the black girl by any chance ?
