on some chanells like true movies,most of the music chanells and some of the childrens the picture is not watchable it has a lot of coloured bars running across the screen and sometimes says poor or no signal.Most chanells are fine so would this be the dish has moved a bit.if so how come most chanells are ok ??

This sounds like you have some local source of interference. Try turning off Wifi routers and cordless phones.
