Takeaways in Glasgow Area
I know this is a long shot, but having watched QI last week they were discussing various deep fried delicacies in Scotland. They mentioned a 'Stonner' (scottish slang for an excited penis) which is a sausage wrapped in donner meat, battered and deep fried.
I know this may turn some peoples stomachs but I really want to try one. Does anyone know where I can get one? A link for the original story is here I have looked for the Ruby Chip Shop to no avail....... |

The place that sells these is apparently the Ruby chip shop on Old Dumbarton Road.

Never come across anywhere that sells this, but you could always phone round to see if anywhere is willing to make one up specially?

A few years ago I found a takeaway near the Concert Hall, only about 5 mins walk from Queen Street Station, that did Risotto Milanese. This was tasty and stood out as it is rare for any takeaways to cook this, although they also have an eat-in section.
