Gooseberry Crumble
I'm suddenly feeling the need to eat this Pud. Anyone got a recommended gooseberry source, fresh or a very good tinned. I like mine as a hot crumble with single cream poured over. The last taste of it was onboard a boat trip to Guernsey many years ago. My parents garden had a gooseberry bush from the previous owners, but we never realised the point of it in my childhood, so it was dug out.
